"This is Nathan. He is a goldfinch. He doesn't know how beautiful he is. He is ashamed of his red face. What makes is worse is that when he feels embarrassed about it, he blushes, thus making his face more red. Nathan thinks people are laughing at him. The bad birds used to tease him but they don't care anymore. Nathan hides his face when possible & prefers talking on the phone than in person."
